Appointments
Appointments are a crucial component of your treatment plan, reserved specifically for you to consult with the orthodontists and receive care.
Please ensure you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly request a 48-hour notice. We understand that unforeseen events can occur, and we appreciate your cooperation in these situations.
Oral Hygiene
Oral hygiene will be monitored throughout your treatment, with a grade given at each adjustment:
E = Excellent
G = Good
F = Fair
P = Poor
If needed, recommendations for improvement will be provided. It is crucial to continue seeing your regular dentist every 3-6 months during your orthodontic treatment, even while under our care.
Transfer
Embrace Orthodontics is pleased to welcome transfer patients to our office! The treatment fee will depend on the current stage of your orthodontic care and can only be determined after an evaluation by our doctor.
If you are transferring from another state or outside our local area, please ensure that you have completed all transfer-out forms with your previous orthodontist.
We will need their name and phone number to request your records in time for your first visit.
